I do not believe 'one size fits all' and would like to find customised solutions that add value to your business.
Delanie is a passionate learner turned teacher and creative director who generously shares her skills, knowledge and experience. She values integrity, respect and honesty. Delanie completed her BCom Hons Degree in Human Resource Management and has since then expanded her skillset and knowledge.
She gained ten years of valuable management experience before starting Delanie Jooste Consulting in 2016. In 2010 she was awarded ‘Young Manager of the Year’ and had the wonderful privilege of attending the SPAR International Young Managers Conference in Switzerland. In 2011 she was the first female to be awarded ‘Young Achiever of the Year’ by the Spar Western Cape Distribution Centre.
Delanie loves creating, be it in the form of cooking, art or photography, and she enjoys an active lifestyle on a beautiful fruit farm. She also takes piano lessons once a week, trusting the process and hoping to one day have the ability to read sheet music and play with some sense of confidence.
Giving back, staying humble and showing gratitude are some of the other values that Delanie strives to live by. Delanie is humbled by the support from her local community and enjoys giving back in the form of Leadership Development programmes with the local farm workers and partial pro bono support in organising and marketing a prestigious mountain bike and trail run event, hosted by a local NPO.
Delanie remains passionate about learning and recently completed the Unlocking EQ course by the Six Seconds Foundation. She is currently completing a post-graduate Coaching Development Programme at the Centre for Coaching at the UCT Graduate School of Business with the goal to start her credentialing path with the International Coaching Federation in the near future.
